Made to a medieval recipe, this is labelled "Medieval Mead", and, as we often say, "medieval mead-making methods make Monkhide Medieval Mead marvellous!"

Rhubarb & Elderflower wine                                  75cl            £8

A subtle and pleasing blend of two excellent wine ingredients. This batch is part of an order for a wedding. The excess stock will be on "general release".

Rich, fruity and absolutely jam-packed with raspberries. This wine is available now.

All the flavour of the liqueur made with the same ingredient but softer and definitely quaffable with a meal.

Made using the traditional method, this Brut wine will be available in very limited quantities from mid August.
